Goddess Blend: Chamomile, lavender and rose are anti inflammatory and all have a calming affect on the mind and body helping with those hormonal moments when you just need a little TLC. Nettles are an excellent source of iron and make a perfect tonic whilst raspberry leaf tones uterine muscle.
Chill Out: Does what it says on the bag! Lemon verbena, lavender and lime flowers are calming and soothing, while passionflower helps to calm an overactive mind, the lemon balm reduces anxiety herb to this chilled out blend.
Digest Tea: Meadowsweet and Marshmallow root are demulcent herbs, essential for tummy blends to help soothe digestion. Chamomile is antiinflammatory and antispasmodic and with loads of essential oils it is also anti microbial.
